The device can be delivered in two ways:

Send it to us by courier.
Bring it to our service center in person:

At the customer’s request, we can also arrange for the device to be picked up by courier.

Upon receipt of the device, we perform a detailed diagnostic to assess the extent of the damage and prepare a quote for the service.

If our offer is not accepted, we return the device at no cost.

Standard repair time is 3 to 14 business days. If necessary, we offer emergency repair, which takes 1 to 4 business days – the service is charged an additional 20%.

The repaired device along with the repair documentation can be:

– Pick up in person at our service center.

– Received by courier to the specified address.
